A type of off-road racing on motorbikes (dirt bikes) or all terrain vehicles is known as Motocross. The circuits for these Motocross events are enclosed areas, usually dirt paths and the likes. The bikes that are used to compete in these races are known as Motocross Bikes which are nothing more than dirt bikes.
These Motocross Bikes or trail bikes or dirt bikes, more often than not, are very light weight and can be maneuvered very easily. Due to the fact these bikes are meant for riding on off-road surfaces and competitions, most of these bikes that are manufactured by the bigger companies are usually very light as well as being sturdily built and also have very twisted tires that offer the rider maximum grip so that they can properly maneuver the vehicle.

You can choose to add some extra features that the factory made models do not have in order to increase the riding comfort, speed and other aspects of the motorcycle.
